For teams on Make, n8n and Zapier

Stop babysitting your automations.

We rebuild your workflows as tested code, prove them on your own run history, and run them for less than you pay now. And you can finally see what every one of them is doing.

Three things you get

01

Better, cheaper workflows

The same automations, rebuilt as typed, tested code. Proven against your own run history before they go live. No per-operation meter, no agency retainer to keep them alive.

02

More insight

Every run, every step, every failure with its cause and a replay button. What each workflow touched this month. Your spend before and after, in your own numbers.

03

Access from where you work

Your portal, Slack, and your own AI. Add the pod to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Grok once, then run or check any workflow from the chat you already have open.

How it works

Six steps. You click the one that matters.

Day 0UploadExport blueprints and run history (a 20-minute guide). Nothing in your account changes.
Day 1EstimateEvery workflow, systems touched, operations a month, fragility flags, your current spend, our fee. Free.
Week 1ConnectYou connect your apps from the portal with the same prompts you used on Make. We never hold your credentials.
Weeks 1 to 6Rebuild and proveEach workflow becomes code, replayed against your own history, then run beside the live scenario on real traffic.
Weeks 2 to 8Cut overWhen every difference is explained, you click. The scenario is paused, not deleted, with one-click undo for 30 days.
OngoingRunMonitoring, failure queue, releases through a quality gate, the spend report. Your team changes settings themselves.
Your scenario turned green and wrote nothing. On a visual builder that counts as a success. On the pod, a run is successful only when your systems confirm the write and the totals match. Everything else lands in a queue with the cause and a replay button.

What the estimate shows

Your real scenarios, read by the tool. Every workflow with the apps it touches, the operations it burns, and a finding on each one that will fail on a real input or is costing you more than it should. The order we would rebuild them in. Your current spend against our fee.

Free, one business day, and yours to keep whether or not you go ahead. If the estimate says you are too small for this, it says so.

Sample estimate. Figures are illustrative.

What you see after

A chat in the client's own AI: what ran this morning, runs and failures as stats and a table, then why one invoice did not post and a fix to approve
Shown in Claude. The same in ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Grok and Slack.

Your workflows, inside your own AI

Add the pod to the AI you already use, once. Every workflow becomes a tool it can run. Every run is readable. Ask why an invoice did not post and it shows you the run. Tell it to pause a sync for the weekend and it does, with your approval. The same roles and approvals as the portal; nothing bypasses them.

Pricing

Published, because at this price it should not need a call. No contract to sign; you stay because it works.

The estimateFree

USD. Billed monthly, no term, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The same rate from the first month. The first two months are the rescue: if your critical workflows are not at parity by the end of month two, you pay nothing more and keep the inventory and the code. The managed add-on has a three-month minimum.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit

  • 20 to 100 automations on Make, n8n, Zapier or a mix.
  • An operations, finance or e-commerce lead owns them; nobody engineering-grade maintains them.
  • Platform bill plus agency or contractor retainer of $1,500 a month or more.
  • Automations that touch orders, invoices, payouts or inventory, where a silent failure costs real money.
  • Agencies that built these estates for clients and want to hand off the maintenance.

Not a fit

  • Under 10 simple scenarios on a cheap plan. The estimate will say so.
  • An engineer already running self-hosted n8n and happy with it.
  • A system with no API at the centre of everything. We quote it or decline it up front.

What we promise

Parity before cutover

No workflow goes live until it passes golden runs from your own history and parallel run shows no unexplained difference. Not there by the end of month two: you exit and keep the inventory and the code.

Your credentials stay yours

Connections are made by you, with your own accounts, and can be revoked by you at any time. A workflow can reach only the systems you named.

Your code stays yours

The workflow modules, tests and golden runs can be exported at any time, for your own use, along with your data. The platform that runs them is ours, and that is what the monthly fee covers. Leaving: 30 days' notice and 30 days of transition help.

Questions

We chose Make so we would not need code.

You still do not touch code. Your team changes settings, reference data and schedules in the portal, or asks for them from your own AI. We handle what that cannot.

What about the connectors?

You connect with your own credentials to the same APIs Make uses. Standard apps are covered in the fee. A system with no API is quoted or declined up front.

How do I know it works before I pay?

The estimate is free and it reads your real scenarios. The first month is parallel run on your real traffic with the differences on screen. Nothing cuts over until you click.

Is there a contract?

No term. Billed monthly, cancel with 30 days' notice. The first two months are the rescue, and if we have not reached parity on your critical workflows by then, you pay nothing more. The managed add-on has a three-month minimum because we put the migration hours in up front.

What if you disappear?

The workflow code, tests and run history are yours and exportable at any time, with documentation. You would need a platform to run it on, and we would help you move.

n8n is free.

Self-hosted n8n costs a server plus someone to patch, back up and fix it. If you already have that person and they are happy, the estimate will say so.

Where does our data go?

Into a private pod in the region you choose and your own systems, with your own credentials. Most workflows never call an AI model. The ones that do, and the assistant, see redacted text under contract with no training and no retention.

Do you support Zapier?

Yes. Team and Enterprise plans export Zaps as JSON. On other plans we work from your Zap history and a description of each Zap, and the estimate marks those steps for review.
